Born in Hilo, Hawai‘i to a hardworking ranching family, Xavier was raised with the values of dedication, respect, and community. His family later moved to Oregon in search of new opportunities, where Xavier continued to build on those foundations.

He attended Southern Virginia University on a football scholarship, studying chiropractic science before finding his true calling in security and public safety. With over six years of experience across Loss Prevention, Private Security, and Hospital Security — along with more than six years in customer service — Xavier brings professionalism, empathy, and reliability to every role he takes on.

Guided by his values and island roots, Xavier’s mission is simple:

Based in Portland, Oregon, Apa is a proud Tongan professional who brings both heart and experience to his role as Sales Lead. A graduate of Southern Virginia University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Apa combines insight, empathy, and strong communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients and partners.

With years of experience in the industry, Apa is known for his approachable nature, professionalism, and genuine care for people. 

Outside of work, he enjoys playing rugby and volunteering as a teacher at his church — continuing his passion for teamwork and community wherever he goes.
