Xavier was born in Hilo, Hawai'i to a ranching family. His family moved to Oregon in hopes of better opportunities. Xavier attended Southern Virginia University on a football scholarship,  studying chiropractic's.  Xavier has six (6) years of Security experience, which includes Loss Prevention, Private Security and Hospital Security. He also have over six (6) years of customer service experience."My ultimate goal is to perpetuate a safer tomorrow through exceptional service and Aloha (Love)."
